Amarra Play: High-Quality Playback for iPhone
Amarra Play is a multimedia app developed by Sonic Studio LLC that brings the highest quality playback to your iPhone. With access to your Qobuz account and soon your TIDAL account, Amarra Play provides you with the tools to have the music you love right at your fingertips.
As a stand-alone app, Amarra Play offers a free version that allows you to enjoy superior sound for your audio files copied to your mobile device, including FLAC files and your local Apple Music library. To enhance your listening experience, the app also provides a set of powerful EQ presets.
For even more features, you can upgrade with an in-app purchase. This unlocks MQA decoding, expands the app to a professional-grade customizable EQ, and gives you access to your Qobuz and TIDAL accounts.
When used with Amarra Luxe, Amarra Play offers remote control of Amarra Luxe and Amarra sQ+ from your iPhone. You can also use Amarra Play to play your music on your iOS device, download files (local files only), and stream files (local, Qobuz, and TIDAL files).
Amarra Play supports a wide range of formats, including MQA decode up to 96 kHz (requires Amarra Luxe license), AIFF, AIFC, MP3, ALAC, FLAC, WAV, AAC, and DSD-to-PCM real-time conversion.
Please note that Amarra Play must be running on the same wireless network as your computer.
